I’ll do my best to fix any problems and provide updated files as they become available. Basic to advanced knowledge of Flash and ActionScript may be required to modify these templates. If you've never used Flash before, these products probably aren't for you.

License Areement
Flash banner ad templates, Flash clip art, videos, sound effects, music and other media elements on FlashFreezer.com are herein called "Items."

By downloading and/or using items from this website, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not use FlashFreezer.com or download anything from this site.

Single-User License
FlashFreezer.com grants you a personal, nonexclusive right to download Items purchased from FlashFreezer.com onto your computer hard drive and to use them in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement.

The Item is licensed only to you, or your employer if you are licensing on behalf of your employer "Licensee." However, this agreement and the license to use the Item may be transferred to another person or legal entity if the following conditions are met: you, or your employer if you are licensing on behalf of your employer, (1) transfer the Item without keeping or storing any copy, (2) do not utilize any Item in the future in any manner, (3) transfer this physical agreement to the transferee, and (4) the transferee agrees to be bound by the terms hereof.

Usage
items purchased from FlashFreezer.com may be copied, modified and incorporated into materials for personal and internal company use and for your clients. Such materials may include: Training or marketing presentations, advertising and promotional materials, Internet Web sites, and any other multimedia audio-visual computer generated displays, programs or presentations.

The Licensee's clients may be provided with copies of the items as an integral part of work product(s), but may not be provided with individual items or permitted to use items separately. One copy of the Media Element may be made for backup purposes only, but may be used only if the original Media Element becomes defective, or is destroyed or otherwise irretrievably lost.

The items may not be resold, sublicensed or otherwise made available for use or distribution intended for re-use or storage.

Termination
The license contained in this agreement will terminate automatically without notice from FlashFreezer.com if the Licensee fails to comply with any provision of this agreement. Upon termination the Licensee must immediately stop using the Media Element, and delete any Media Element and all copies it from all magnetic media and destroy all other copies or, upon request of FlashFreezer.com, return all such copies to FlashFreezer.com.

Items must be used in compliance with all applicable law, including, but not limited to, laws and regulations relating to currency and the law of moral rights. FlashFreezer.com reserves the right to discontinue the use of any Media Element for any reason and to elect to replace the Media Element with an alternate. Upon notice of any discontinuance of a license for any particular Media Element, the Licensee must agree not to use the Media Element in the future.

Jurisdiction
This agreement will be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without reference to its laws relating to conflicts of law. Venue for all disputes arising under this agreement shall lie exclusively in the Superior Courts of the State of California in San Francisco County and the Licensee agrees not to contest the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
